Promotion Terms

One discount code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other, and cannot be applied to an order that has already been placed.

Every promotion has a stated end date. Codes stop working at 11:59pm ET on that date and cannot be honoured afterwards.

Discount codes apply to product subtotal only, not to shipping or tax.

Products in the 9000 regimen series and the 8000 minis series are already discounted against the sum of their parts, and the saving shown is against the current individual prices. Discount codes do not stack on top of regimen pricing.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over USD 85 and is not a promotion — it does not expire and needs no code.

A discounted order is refunded at the price actually paid. If you return part of a bundle, the remaining items are re-priced at their individual rate and the difference is deducted from the refund. We show you that calculation before processing.

We may end a promotion early or withdraw a code if it is being abused or was published in error. Orders already placed with a valid code are always honoured.
