All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown include no hidden fees. Shipping is added at checkout and shown as its own line before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you are charged is the price shown on the checkout page at the moment you submit.

Every order on this site is a single one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no membership, no auto-refill, no free trial that converts, and no recurring charge of any kind. We will never charge your card again without you placing a new order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or the order fails our fraud checks — we cancel it and refund you in full. No charge is retained.

We may limit or refuse orders that appear to be for resale, or that are placed with mismatched payment and delivery details.

You must be 18 or over to order from this site.

Sorex products are cosmetics. They are intended to improve the appearance, feel and condition of skin. They are not drugs, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a medical claim.

Consumer study figures quoted on this site describe what participants observed or reported about the appearance of their skin. They are self-assessed appearance results, not clinical endpoints.

Patch test before first use. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under a dermatologist's care, check with them before starting a retinoid or an acid. Discontinue use if irritation persists.

We accept major credit and debit cards and, on supported devices, Apple Pay. Your card is charged once, at the moment you submit the order.

The statement descriptor for your purchase is printed at checkout, on your order confirmation, and in the FAQ. Please note it — it is not the same as the store name.

If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first. We answer within one business day and can refund you immediately. Filing a dispute instead takes far longer to resolve and we would rather just fix it.

All content on this site — text, photography, formulation copy, the Sorex name and the pack index system — belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
