Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is $6.95 and arrives in 3–5 business days. It is free on orders over $85.

Express shipping is $21.95 and arrives in 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates are business days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.

Orders placed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next business day.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier. Every shipment is tracked and carries delivery confirmation. You can also check an order at any time on our order status page without creating an account.

Products in the 2000 series are packed with a phase-change cold pack in an insulated mailer between May and September, at no extra charge. Formulating cold and then shipping warm would defeat the point.

The cold pack is not an ice pack and will often arrive at room temperature. That is expected — its job is to cap the peak temperature in transit, not to arrive cold.

We ship to all 50 US states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an address was entered incorrectly, contact us immediately and we will try to intercept it.

If tracking has not updated for five business days, contact us and we will open a carrier trace and ship a replacement without waiting for the outcome.

Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo at support@sorexskincare.com and we ship a replacement immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.
