Skin below the jaw is thinner, has fewer oil glands and gets a fraction of the product the face does. A face cream applied downward as an afterthought is not the same as a formula built for the area.
Neck & Décolleté Cream carries a 3% palmitoyl tripeptide-1 dose with 4% niacinamide, in a base rich enough to hold on skin that dries out faster. It is directional — apply upward. Net contents 50 ml (1.7 fl oz).
