Azelaic acid is the rare active that works on the look of both discoloration and congestion while being calm enough for reactive skin. It is also famously gritty in most formulations. This one is milled into a smooth suspension that does not pill under sunscreen.
10% azelaic acid with 2% tranexamic acid, for the appearance of post-blemish marks, uneven tone and visible flushing. Safe to use in pregnancy, which is unusual for anything in this category. Net contents 30 ml (1.0 fl oz).
